For signage & AV integrators
From a bare wall to a monitored estate, on one record.
Spec the screen, price it, get it signed off, install it, then keep it running. Thirteen steps, one project, nothing re-keyed — and two public links your client never needs an account to open.
No login needed to look — that is the same page your client would receive.
01 · The problem
The screen is the easy part. The job around it is what leaks.
Five tools, one job
CAD for the drawing, a spreadsheet for the bill of materials, a deck for the proposal, an inbox for the sign-off, another spreadsheet for warranties. Every handoff is a chance for the numbers to drift apart.
The client can't picture it
A pixel pitch and a line drawing do not tell a retail client what their wall will look like. The proposals that get signed are the ones that show it.
The relationship ends at the invoice
Once the screen is up, the record goes cold. Warranty terms sit in an email. The next job goes out to whoever answers first.
02 · The journey
13 steps, five stages, one project record.
Each step reads and writes the same record. The drawing feeds the quote, the quote and the mockup travel with the proposal, the signed job becomes the estate.

01
Deliver
From a bare wall to a signed proposal.
-
1
Create the project & capture the space
Name the job and photograph the wall. The photo is what creates the project — everything else hangs off that one record.
-
2
Draw the screen
Columns, rows, pixel pitch, module and cabinet size, aperture, depth — or custom multi-wall for bays and portals. Exports as PDF, SVG or PNG.
-
3
Price it
The drawing's spec becomes a bill of materials automatically — cabinets, mounts, power, install labour. Your rate card, your margins.
-
4
Visualise it on the wall
Drop the screen onto the actual room photo. This is what makes a proposal land with a client who has never seen an LED wall in their own space.
-
5
Send for sign-off
One click turns the job into a branded client proposal. The drawing, the quote and the mockup all travel with it.
-
6
Client reviews & signs Your client
They open a public link — no login, no account — and approve, e-sign, or request changes. You are notified the moment they do.
-

-
02
Install
The signed drawing is the fitting instruction.
-
7
Assign an installer
Your private directory of fitting firms — region, skills, contact details. Hand off the drawing and the quote.
-
8
Install on site
Aperture, depth and module layout are exact, so there is nothing left to reinterpret on the wall.
-
7
-
03
Operate
The part that turns a sale into a relationship.
-
9
Register the estate
Every cabinet, module and player logged with serial, install date and warranty term. Warranty and fault status stay live long after install day.
-
10
Check content before it goes live
Content checked against the screen's real resolution and aspect ratio — before it airs stretched, not after the client spots it.
-
11
Service & maintenance visits
Every visit logged against the asset it was performed on, with a checklist and a sign-off. Not a separate spreadsheet.
-
9
-
04
Report
Numbers the client's ESG file actually needs.
-
12
Energy & carbon
Estimated draw, annual kWh and CO₂, tuned to the site's operating hours and grid intensity. Per screen, and downloadable.
-

-
05
Handover
You stay on the wall after the invoice clears.

A read-only dashboard of their drawings, warranty register and energy report — on your branding, no login, indefinitely.

Your client never creates an account.
Two links, both public, both carrying your branding instead of ours. A client who has to register to look at a quote often simply doesn't.
Before
Step 6The proposal
The drawing, the priced quote and a photoreal mockup of their own wall, on one page. They approve, e-sign, pay a deposit or ask for changes — and you are told the moment they do.
After
Step 13The owner portal
Their drawings, their asset and warranty register, their energy report. Read-only, on your branding, indefinitely. The cheapest reason a client calls you first next time.
04 · Two ways in
Whether you deliver the jobs or supply the people who do.
Integrators
You survey, spec, price, install and maintain. Stop running one job through five tools and losing the account at handover.

Manufacturers & networks
Your resellers win on hardware and lose on everything either side of it. Give them the delivery layer, under your brand rather than ours.
